Rising Above Adversity

Because I have traveled so extensively throughout the United States I have been blessed more than most when it comes to meeting extraordinary people who have impacted my life. There were lots of memorable characters and influential people whom I’ve had the privilege to know: scientists, professors, politicians, renowned preachers and public speakers. But the one who stands above the rest was a fiery old country woman who had no hands and no feet. She taught me more than all the others.

In this short video I tell a little bit about my time with Chloe Ares: the most amazing woman I’ve ever known. Of course, I also talk about Jesus. This story took place 30 years ago.
